Storyline
Young, brave and unemployed Arjun Malvankar lives in a small flat in Grant Road, Bombay, with his sister, Sudha, step-mother, Rukmini, and father Mr. Malvankar, who is a retire worker but continue to work with an abusive employer, Ashok. Arjun is known to idle with his friends and one day while idling he saw some goons beating up a man, he intervenes and seriously gives the goons a good trashing with the help of his friends. Thereafter, one of his friends, Mohan is mysteriously killed in broad day light, Arjun finds out who the killers are, and injures them in public only to be arrested by the police, but he is subsequently released and goes home only to be thrown out by his father. Politician Shivkumar Chowgule soon gives Arjun shelter and tells him that he will be granted justice. Soon Arjun begins to work for Shivkumar, unknown to him that he is only a pawn in Shivkumar hands and he himself is not what he claims to be.
